Terms of sale
These terms apply to any order placed on onrex.be, whether a classic sale (products in stock) or group buying (reservation on a load).
Seller: onRex (démonstration), Rue de la Démonstration 1, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique, VAT BE0000.000.000, info@onrex.test.
1. Products and prices
Prices are shown excluding and including VAT, in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Full-load prices in group buying are net: no further discount applies.
Technical characteristics come from the manufacturers; pictures are not contractual.
2. Order and payment
The order is firm upon validation. Payment is made by bank transfer with the structured reference provided. An order of products in stock is paid in full before preparation; stock is reserved until the payment deadline shown, after which the order is cancelled free of charge if the transfer is not received.
A group-buying reservation is paid by a deposit at the order, then by the balance when the load is confirmed.
3. Group buying: deposit, threshold, confirmation
A load opens with a departure deadline and a minimum fill threshold. It leaves as soon as it is full, or at the deadline if the threshold is reached.
If the threshold is not reached at the deadline, the load is cancelled and the deposit is fully refunded by bank transfer, free of charge.
When the load is confirmed, the balance is requested with a payment deadline. Without the balance within that deadline, the reservation is cancelled and the deposit is kept by the seller, as compensation for goods already committed.
The customer may cancel the reservation as long as the load is not confirmed; the deposit is then refunded. After confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible online.
4. Delivery
Products in stock: site delivery within the period shown at the order, or warehouse pickup. Group buying: delivery or pickup after the load arrives; departure and arrival dates are estimates, communicated at each step.
The customer checks the goods on receipt and reports any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except for goods made to their specifications. Return costs are at their expense; goods must be complete and unopened. This right does not apply to professionals.
6. Warranties and liability
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. Imported products carry CE marking and the required documentation. The seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
7. Personal data
Data is used to process orders and manage the customer relationship, and is not passed on to third parties other than carriers and logistics providers. The customer may request access, correction or deletion of their data at the contact address.
8. Disputes
Belgian law applies. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the seller’s registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
